Once a course has been purchased, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Accidental purchase
- Failure to complete the course
- Lack of time
- Technical incompatibility with the user's device
- Personal reasons
- Dissatisfaction after accessing course content
Digital Product
Our courses are digital products that become accessible immediately or shortly after purchase. Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final.
Non-Transferable
Course purchases cannot be:
- transferred to another person,
- exchanged for another course,
- converted into credits,
- or redeemed for cash.
Duplicate Payments
If a genuine duplicate payment occurs due to a technical or payment gateway error, users should contact our support team with the payment receipt. After verification, the duplicate amount may be refunded or adjusted at our discretion.
